How food truck catering pricing works
Food truck catering pricing depends on several factors: your guest count, the service style you choose (food truck, pop-up station, or drop-off), menu selections, and how far your venue is from our South Jersey base.
Most events fall into a mid-range per-guest price band. Staffing and equipment fees apply for food truck and pop-up service (drop-off has no staffing fee). Travel is calculated based on distance, with a flat fee covering our core Philadelphia and New Jersey service area.
What goes into your personalized quote
Your formal quote will include food and service, staffing and equipment (if applicable), travel, and any add-ons you choose — such as late-night stations, premium cheese upgrades, or custom dessert options. We also factor in sales tax and any permit fees your municipality requires. Everything is itemized upfront so there are no surprises.

Frequently asked questions
- How much does food truck catering cost per person in Philadelphia?

- How much does food truck catering cost per person in New Jersey?
- Food truck catering in core New Jersey (Camden, Burlington, Gloucester, Mercer, Monmouth counties) follows the same pricing as our Philadelphia service. Events farther out may include a small travel adjustment, which we confirm upfront on your quote.
- What is the difference between food truck and drop-off catering?
- Food truck catering means the truck arrives, parks, and our crew cooks and serves your guests live on-site. Drop-off means we prepare the food and deliver it packaged and ready to serve — no truck, no on-site staff. Drop-off is lower cost and works well for office lunches and smaller gatherings.
- Is travel included in the price?
