Why Couples Choose Our Food Truck

Unique & Memorable

Your guests will talk about your wedding food for years. A food truck adds personality and excitement that traditional catering can't match.

Great Photo Ops

The truck itself becomes part of the wedding. Guests love taking photos with it, and your photographer will too — it makes for a backdrop you won't get from a standard caterer.

Stress-Free Service

We handle everything from setup to cleanup. You focus on celebrating while we serve fresh, hot food all night long.

Wedding Venues We Work With

We've served food trucks at every type of wedding venue across NJ and PA. Here's what the setup looks like at each.

Barn & Farm Venues

Most barn venues have ample outdoor space. We stage near the barn entrance or in an adjacent lot. Gravel and packed grass are both fine — our truck is heavy-duty and handles most surfaces.

Ballroom & Indoor Reception Halls

We park outside the main entrance and guests walk out to the truck, or we coordinate a timed service window during cocktail hour. Pop-up indoor stations are also available for venues that prohibit trucks on-site.

Winery & Estate Venues

Winery properties typically have open driveway or patio access. We coordinate placement with your event coordinator to protect landscaping. We need a firm, level surface — ground protection boards available on request.

Outdoor & Tent Venues

Open-air weddings are where we shine. We position near the tent entrance or cocktail area, serve during your reception window, and handle everything from setup to cleanup. Fully self-contained — no shore power needed.

Common Questions

What happens if it rains on my wedding day?

Our truck is fully self-contained and operational in rain. For guests, we typically adjust positioning so they can queue under an overhang, tent, or near the venue entrance. We've served hundreds of weddings through New Jersey and Pennsylvania weather — a little rain doesn't stop service.

Can the food truck work at an indoor venue?

The truck parks outside, and guests step out to it — or we coordinate a timed service window where a dedicated flow is part of the reception plan. For venues where outdoor access isn't possible, we offer indoor pop-up stations.

How far in advance do I need to book?

We recommend 4–6 months for spring and fall weddings, and up to a year for peak-season Saturday dates in May, June, September, and October. That said, if your date is closer, reach out — we sometimes have last-minute availability.

What does a wedding food truck cost?

Pricing depends on guest count, service duration, menu selections, and travel distance. Generally falls in the $8–$28+ per person range. We provide free custom quotes — just send your date, location, and headcount.

Can you serve 200 or more guests?

Yes. For large weddings we streamline the menu to 4–6 core items, extend the service window, and bring a full crew. At peak efficiency we serve 100+ guests per hour. For very large receptions (300+), we may recommend two service stations.

Do you need power at my wedding venue?

No. Our truck is completely self-contained with an onboard generator. Shore power at your venue is welcome but never required.
