Drop-Off Catering

Catering delivered to your venue ready to serve, with no on-site cooking or staff.

Drop-off catering is the lowest-overhead catering format: the kitchen prepares everything ahead of time, packs it in hot-hold and cold-hold containers, and delivers to your venue at a scheduled time. There is no live cooking, no chef on site, and typically no service staff included. It works well for office lunches, small private parties, and events where the host or venue handles plating and service. Pricing is usually 30–50% lower than full-service truck catering because there are no on-site labor or equipment costs to absorb.
